Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS/FedEx with tracking. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. When possible we will combine shipping and refund a portion of the shipping costs after your order is processed.

Sales Tax

All orders billed and shipped to California address are subject to a 8.25% sales tax.

Returns and exchanges

If you experience an error with your order, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. No items will be accepted for a return or exchange without prior authorization. Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee. Please contact us immediately if an error has occurred so that we can remedy the situation in a timely manner.


Products will be noted on the website as being on backorder in most cases so ordering something that is not in stock should not usually occur under normal circumstances. In the rare event a product is not in stock and an order is placed, the customer will be notified and given the choice to wait until the item is available or receive a full refund on the order.


Items purchased are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or material for a period of 90 days. Warranty is non-transferable and valid only to the original purchaser. Warranty is limited to the replacement of the failed item and only after our inspection. Certain products may also carry an additional manufacturer's warranty All warranty returns must be pre-approved and returned using the RMA number supplied by us.
